This policy explains how MOST LLC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit https://mostllc.net, contact us, or purchase and use MOST Insight.
1. Data we collect
- Contact and order details you submit through our forms: name, e-mail, company, phone, country and message.
- Billing data processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Service data when you use MOST Insight: the documents you connect, the questions asked and the answers generated, processed solely to provide the service to your organisation.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs retained for security purposes.
2. How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, deliver and invoice the service, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer documents to train shared AI models.
3. Sub-processors
We use Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, Microsoft Azure OpenAI (AI inference under enterprise data-protection terms with zero retention) and e-mail delivery providers. Enterprise customers can restrict processing to their own infrastructure.
4. Retention
Contact requests are kept for 24 months; order and invoice records for the period required by tax law; service data for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days, after which indexed content is purged.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by writing to info@mostllc.net. EU and UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR; we offer a data-processing agreement to customers on request.
